The Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section enforces Ohio’s consumer laws and protects consumers in the marketplace. This office is able to schedule and provide virtual presentations to groups on topics such as Senior Scams, Keeping Families Safe, Identity Theft and Cybersecurity. The office can resolve Ohioans’ complaints against businesses, help rectify the effects of identity theft and take reports of those annoying robocalls and scams.
